PCV EVAP hose routing

I recently purchased a 2010 Camaro, Auto L99 and I am trying to get the bugs out. This is my first LS. I'm getting the service stabilitrack warning with codes P0452 P0496. These came on about two weeks after I got it. When I got the car, the vacuum port on the right hand side was capped off and the valve cover port on the front right valve cover was open to the atmosphere. The valve cover port on the left rear was plumbed into the CAI. It was also dying when cold, now it no longer does that. Vacuum port is now connected to the EVAP purge valve. So I started researching the proper way to plumb everything. Does this diagram that I made for my current setup look correct?

That last picture you posted is the correct routing for the pcv system.
