Vibration under power

Ok, so here I go. 2011 Camaro SS. cam, headers, intake manifold, heads, trunion kit, rpm transmission, eaton true track, 391 gears, DSS axles, underdrive pulley, variram cai and tune. The car started vibrating under power in 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th gear around 3500 rpm. Doesnt do it during coasting or mild driving. Rear, axles and trans are new. Has new plugs also. Checked the axles and Drive shaft play and center driveshaft bearing and all looks good I guess. Ant ideas ?

Check rubber bushing on the shaft.

I did check the bushing, it does have alot of play, is that normal ?

The prop shaft coupler should have no play.

Did you uncouple the prop shaft and then re-use the nuts and bolts? They need to be replaced each time.

Now that you have looseness, you probably need to replace the coupler as well as the nuts and bolts.

I only removed the heat shield and pushed on the Drive Shaft, which moved a lot inside if the bearing.

I mean, has the coupling ever, in the history of the car, been uncoupled? If so, the nuts and bolts should have been replaced; they are single use.

You should check the bolts. If they are loose, don't tighten them, replace the bolts and the nuts. But also the coupler could be damaged if the bolts have been loose.

Try backing off the dosage. Oh wait, I thought you said vibration under powder!

having same issue i can start to fill the vibration around 80 and it gets worse and worse the faster you go.

let me know if you figure it out ive spent thousands already chassing that damn vibration and nothing

Check your tires for proper balance. Might have lost some weights or flat spotted a tire. I had the same problem around 70 MPH and above, my rear tires were out of balance. Balanced them and the problem was gone. Cheap easy check to eliminate..

If you've been flogging it, probably time from a U-joint replacement as well as the middle rubber support damper. You might consider a one-piece custom driveshaft and a safety hoop, if you're flogging it and you value your body.

You have quite a few modifications to your driveline. I guess the first question that needs to asked is how many miles on these modifications prior to the start of the vibration?
