I checked MAF reference and signal voltage and it checks out to spec. And I did clean it with MAF cleaner.

Its that ICM connection that is iffy. When I try to start up the car it doesn't have a spark. So at random times power isn't getting to the ICM and therefore giving me no spark.

And dont MAF sensors give funky idles. I'll still keep it in my mind but right now the ICM connection may be the culprit.

I had a 1987 Z28 that would stall every time I would come to a stop. The dealer changed just about everything they could to try and fix the problem as it was under warranty. No luck. They sent my car to somewhere in PA and fixed the problem. They told me that it was a cracked distributor shaft. Hope this can help you.

cracked distributor shaft wont be a possibility in a car without a distributor

Sounds more like a fuel or wiring issue to me.

A bad sensor will throw a code amost every time, I highly doubt a sensor is that bad and the PCM isn't picking up on it.

I've checked fuel pressure so many times. It primes at about 53 psi and it idles at 46 psi.

It responds to the throttle everytime and doesn't drop pressure.
