Congratulations on the new arrival! I imported mine to the UK 12 months ago, it's definitely worth the wait while it's on the water :-)

I'll be taking mine over to Spa Francorchamps and the 'Ring next summer so maybe we can meet up?

Love the 1M! Before I bought my Z/28, I was looking hard at picking up a 1M. I still want one and will get one some day.

My Z/28 is still in US waters till end of the week.

Tomorrow she will make a short visit in Newport.

In two more long weeks my new baby will be home

How are you going about the no red turn signal? Do they have Euro tail lenses, or is going to be a custom piece?

I will use the housing of the reversing light with an amber bulb.

For the reversing light I'll use an additional small led light.

We're also not allowed to use one bulb for turn and brake signal.
To seperate the signal you'll have to modify the wiring from a 2-wire-system to a 3-wire-system.
Therefore I'll use a trailer module.

Today my Z/28 is saying Good Bye to the USA

New York is the last port bofore starting the journey across the Atlantic Ocean.

11 days till arrival in Germany

Now the Z/28 is at home after an 15hrs trip last thursday

I was so impressed after starting the engine the first time - what a sound

The Z/28 is in a mint condition as promised by the dealer.
No scratches or dents after transportation - this has been my greatest doubt.

Now it's hibernation time till April 2018.
Enough time for making her street legal and get the homologation.

The port of Bremerhaven is the largest parking ground in the world.
95.000 places therefrom 50.000 roofed - also very impressive.
