ZL1 BEST DEAL FOR THE MONEY
Just finished reading the Feb 2013 Car and Driver article (cover story) "The Masters of Speed". Virginia International Raceway Grand West Course 4.1 Miles. Overall Results: 1st Place the Ferrari 458 Italia 2:49.9, Second Place Lexus LFA 2:55.1 and THIRD PLACE CAMARO ZL1 2:57.5. The Ferrari cost $333,376 and the Lexus $379,575. The ZL1 Price as Tested $58,445.
One Lexus = 7 ZL1's or one Ferrari = 6 ZL1's. Or you could buy one Ford Shelby GT500 and Pay as Tested: $63,080. Oh and come in SIXTH PLACE. The ZL1 has been proven over and over to be a spectacular machine. Dollar for dollar you CAN NOT get more bang for your buck! |

That doesn't show me how great of a deal it is as much as it show's me just how much it cost to go 2 to 8 seconds faster which is light years on a track of that size.
Believe me, I do feel that it is the best bang for the buck for most people though. That's one of the reason I got one. |
