REAL V8 - SS Model Reveal In Australia - NEW VIDEO - AWESOME REVS

OMG I'm so happy i found this.... listen to that throat...

....well he doesn't REVVVVVVV it... but at least we can hear the lower end.

The sound could be the older red camaro in the background... so the vid is questionable....

Why don't they rev it properly! And why do people who post these have crap microphones!

I would be really surprised if that was the exhaust from the 5th gen. It sounded more like a very cammed small block. There were a lot of older camaros sitting around.

Didn't sound like the other vid's we've seen thus far. Strange that it had that raspy and not clean, low rumble I was expecting.

I think the mic didn't handle the sound too well. This is a terrible indicator of what to expect from the V8.

I dunno. I watched it a few times before posting it....cuz I thought the same thing...but with that being a digital camera mic I thought it sounded like the exhaust was coming right at it. especially when he moves around. I agree though...it sounds like an older cammed engine at idle...with that rough pitter patter.

someone needs to teach the person behind the wheel how to properly rev up a v8.

It almost sounds like it is running just a little bit rough at idle... then again, i know next to nothing about motors.

To me it sounds like it won't idle, and he had to give it a little gass to keep it running.

I'm still thinking this is a mule in SS clothing. It sounds beat down.
