ADM Tuned and Magnaflowed
Decided to post the best graph yet from our shop...2010 Camaro Automatic with just a tune and Magnaflow axle back exhaust.
Very Impressive gains considering the before dyno: I pre dynoed this car with 2 pulls, both with same results The Magnaflow mufflers were addded after dyno 4 and showed no gains. Andy |

I must admit, it's a kicker. Traction control off, the back end break's loose like I own shares in Pirelli. Traction control on, she'll still pop. Wow! I cannot wait for TMS tomorrow night.
Andy - X pipe or no? Me thinks yes.

That's unreal.
25 hp and 51 ft lbs of torque from a tune. I can't wait to get my L99 tuned. |

Yes, impressive improvement, but not much better than we expected from the factory(hp anyway)...and now no powertrain warranty, correct?

Technically you would void the warranty but that's not guaranteed. It will all depend on Service Mgr. Maybe talk with them prior to doing a tune and see if they recommend a local speed shop that they work with. If you just have some 16 yr old kid hooking up their laptop to your car and playing around I can see where they would void you but if you are taking your car to a reputable place they may not void you. Just my 2 cents...

How could it possibly have been 300 hp and less than 300 torque stock?

I would say it depends on how/what things happen to the powertrain attributing to the need for a warranty claim... and how loose/firm the dealership is where you take the car. It's also easy enough to put a stock ECM unit back into the car (with a GM tune). But, it's also a reason to use a knowledgeable high-end mechanic w/a great reputation.

Of course the torque is what we should be worried about, and the 351rwft-lbs is most impressive. Interesting thoughts on the warranty, caveman, might be worthwhile to at least talk to the Svc. Mngr. before doing it. P.S. - Thanks for the new sig!

305 rwhp. The range seems to be anywhere from 305 rwhp to 330 rwhp (on average). The majority of the L99's will fall somewhere within that range. |

That is kind of sad, as i remember back in the LS1 days. They were rated at 325hp and many would put down 320hp to the rear wheels stock!
