575rwhp ZL1 Vert M6 vs. FRS Turbo

I was driving home from my job in Mexico the other day and an FRS tries to bait me but there's lots of traffic. I don't take it and he takes off, I'm thinking; "Damn, that thing took off pretty hard".

I merge to my next freeway and there he is again (I think he waited for me). We slow down to 55-60 and there's a clear run for both of us so I shift to third and go. I left him pretty hard but he wasn't too far back when I shut it down about 130.

He pulls up and we chat through the door windows, he said he had 500whp, I tell him I have 575 and he rolls off. His plate read FRS TRBO.

Just a little fun......

Sounds like fun but in all honestly I doubt he is running 500RWHP...At 2800lbs and 500RWHP, you'd think he would have blown you away. MOst of these cars are running Stage 1 which puts them around 300+RWHP which is still pretty fast for those small cars.

Those cars are no joke once they get up to stage 2/3. Amazing how much power they pick up.

I definitely believe it. Stage 3 kits are pushing over 500RWHP. I was just saying though if he had 500 RWHP he would have blown the doors off the Camaro. The car is so light. Amazing stuff

As I previous STi owner I have nothing but love for those H4 turbos.. great zippy cornering machines; however I felt the urge to have a muscle car.. thus my current camaro.
