PCM X1 Pins 19 & 43

Anyone know what Pins 19 and 43 are for? Both are designated as 'Ignition Voltage'. Can either (or both) of these be used as a 12V switched source?

There's an ignition fuse in the underhood fuse block, fuse #15 i believe. I'd grab an add-a-fuse from an autozone and tap that if you need an underhood 12v source rather than splice your PCM's harness.
