That looks like a good deal on a SIM.

I'm supposed to talk with him today. Those rotors look COOKED, so I'm not entirely sure I'd want to mess with it. They will bug the shit out of me and I'd end up spending 6k to replace them. Looks like quite a bit of chips too...

Super nice 70's-something gentlemen to talk to. However he was of the mindset the car is "MINT" and that the OEM Trofeos are sitting in the garage add value. However, stone chips all over front bumper and front of rear quarters, wheels have chips too. Rotors in his mind "have only been bedded-in". He said numerous times "never stood on the brakes, there's no wear on them". Even though the car has been to COTA and driven by Mark Stielow.

Missing in the photos are the rain tray, the plastic piece on the hood that seals the air intake, and the center caps.

I did notice the center caps (which I have an extra set from my last Z in the garage somewhere I think) and the rain tray, but wasn't sure if maybe it was just off for the pics. Sounds like he used it more for track than anything.
Guess I'll pass on it and go with the 2nd SIM I was looking at with higher miles as a potential.
Thanks for the insight Jon!

He claims he has everything and was cleaning the car, that's why things were removed.

He can have his opinion... but to me, 2015 Trofeos don't add any value unless.... and this is still iffy.... they were 100% unmounted.

As for the brakes, my car has 14,000 miles and the rotors look significantly better (I stood at about the same distance and angle to see if maybe it was an angle/light issue). It STILL could be a lighting issue, but I'm less convinced, especially with a COTA day under its belt... that track I'd imagine is hard on brakes of a 4,000# car.

Rarer color, sure.... lower miles? yep.... but you'd be into it $51k-52k to replace the tires, fix the heads and do a good job on paint correction.

I'd agree about the tires as well. I wouldn't even want them honestly; they'd just take up space in my garage and never get mounted (I don't track, I just daily my shit, and maybe some spirited back road driving from time to time). Even the rear rotors look pitted. Could be that maybe he tried cleaning them with brake dust remover?? I heard that can do similar to the ceramic rotors, but never tried.
