I really didn't expect them to bump up the V6 Hp too much, but it is more than I expected.. I expected it to be more around 310HP...

the e-nav service is an extra 100 bucks a year (199 for safe and sounds 299 for D&C). If you keep your car 6 years that 500 bucks (since first year is free), and thats only if the owner keeps the service. My Nav in the yukon was 2,145, and they get their money up front. If the accountants really think it makes more bottom end they I now know how they lost 38 billion.

Factory nav has crazy markup with $2k+ for less than $500 in parts ($100 screen, $100 nav, $300 to integrate it all with the vehicle), it would take more than a decade of Onstar Nav make up the difference. GM is big on their Onstar system but they still sell plenty of standard nav systems, the thing is the Camaro's dash would require more rework than normal to fit a nav screen and make it look decent. If GM goes for a refresh at the 4-5 year mark I expect they'll add a nav option, if they are planning to jump to a new platform like Alpha as some reports claim that quickly then I doubt they'll put the time into adding a factory nav system when they already have the Onstar Nav.

I dunno about you guys...but since HUD is confirmed...I wonder if there's a chance that the HUD will relay Navigation information via OnStar...that'd be kickass....

I'm actually glad the 2010 didn't come with HUD. I had it on my old Grand Prix and hated it. I don't like having floating numbers in my field of vision while I am driving. And plus, you get a rock chip in your windshield and you get to shell out about triple the price of a normal windshield. Cool feature to show off but not something I would want daily.

I'm just happy that there is a good Muscle Car war underway. It will be fun to sit back and watch what the big three pull out to outdo one another. If it weren't for the Camaro, the Mustang would never be over 400hp right now. You can bet that the Camaro will outdo the mustang in the next couple of years.

I thought I just read on Jalopnik that the 2011 Camaro V6 has 7 more HP than the V6 Mustang

Regrets on buying anything is natural. Not just cars, but TV's, cell phones, computers, etc., are outdated as soon as you leave the store.

However, for those that bought any 2010 model, always appreciate the fact that you have enjoyed the new generation, where many of us haven't had the honor nor opportunity.

Yeah, I know ->

This is all pretty ridiculous about the horsepower on the V6. Camaro had 304 so Ford made the Mustang have 305 and all of the reporters were bragging about how the Mustang engine was so much more powerful and fuel efficient than the Camaro's. At least they'll shut up now with 312 horses.

I like the bump in horsepower for the v6 to 312 that is nice!!!
I like that they added the hud as an option now too so hopefully when I get another Camaro down the road in the next 5 years or so I will have a hud. BUT WHERE IS ANOTHER BLUE COLOR AT????? THEY NEED TO ADD ANOTHER BLUE COLOR THAT IS SIMILAR TO ABM THAT IS A TRUE BLUE COLOR. IMPERIAL BLUE IS NICE BUT TOOOO DARK AND LOOKS BLACK IN SOME PICS ALMOST!

I doubt it.

Unless the Camaro is getting lighter the Mustang will still have the better power to weight.

312hp is good for marketing though. I think they should have went more for MPG for the V6 segment though.
