Motor Oil

Did a quick search and found nothing!
Here is my question, what is a good quality Motor Oil for our car. My last car (my first one) was a '93 jeep wrangler. It didn't matter what oil i used for that think as long as it was slippery... So my question is really, what do you guys use? I have to do my oil change within the next 2 days lol.

I used Mobil 1 Full Syn Extended Performance - not regular Mobil 1......the reason being is that Mobil 1 will actually back up that oil and guarantees it. Plus it handles the extreme high and low temps. I would go 7500 miles between changes and that's with track runs. I run it through all my vehicles.

true....the best filter out there is purafilter gold with a 99% filtration but I think the Mobil1 is at 97%....pretty darn close.
