How long do you plan on owning your current Camaro?

I have owned a number of vehicles that I was more or less in love with. Each of these cars or trucks hold a special place in my heart, but aren't necessarily still parked in my driveway. How many of you plan on keeping your Camaro forever? How many of you already have plans to trade-in or sell your current Camaro when the next generation is available? What cars do you regret selling? Let's see them and hear your thoughts and stories!

I love my Camaro and work really hard to get it. I would like to think I would keep it for the rest of my life but if I see that 6th Gen and it blows me away... Well I would have to see what money I can put together for a trade in ;P

The goal is to keep the Camaro for the rest of my life, at 25 I still have 3/4ths of my life ahead of me so we'll see what happens. Minimum will have it another 10 years, my current DD is 8 yrs old and going to replace that before I get a new toy

I've had two or three cars that I enjoyed driving more than my Camaro and they are long gone (although I do regret parting with my 1LE Firehawk). So unless circumstances change, I would figure I'll have a different car in the next 3-4 years.

I plan on keeping this car forever. I also said that about my last two cars that I traded in after three years so I wouldn't make any bets on this one.

I don't even have mine yet (on order) but my intention is to keep it for a long time. I really regret selling my 87 Firebird. I had to trade it in on a FWD car that could go in the snow so I could get to my first real job. I only got 2K on the trade-in. That was my first and only "fun" car I have owned. I'm sure when the Camaro gets here I'll not think about the Firebird as much as I do today. My Dad regretted selling a 55 Chevy for $500...ouch, thanks Dad lesson learned!

Haha. It's that "honeymoon phase" of new, or new-to-me car ownership. I'm the same way.
