For the Trifecta tune...
I think $400 covers the tune. Then there is the cable to hook up to computer and to your Camaro. Thought the price was closer to $600 for everything.

That is why I went Hypertech...cost.

Yeah but I looking for headers, and I wanna be able to get rid of the check engine light, I do like the idea of firming the shifts up since it makes the car faster and puts less wear on the transmission

Really? You can't think of ANY way to contact people other than in person?

This is the Hypertech Programmer Thread. If you have questions about Trifecta, go to their website.

Hey guys. When you did the install did you disable Onstar, satellite radio, and your remote starter. The instructions say to remove the fuses. Just wondering if it really has to be done.

I didn't remove the OnStar fuse or XM. I just turned the radio off, unplugged my Garmin and radar detector.

Also made sure to turn off auto headlamp system so the DRLs weren't on.

No problems here.

Kep the doors close and windows all the way up or down.

Instructions? I don't need no stinkin' instructions.

Cause I'm stupid. But since I didn't see those particular instructions, not only did I leave all the fuses alone, but my door was open the entire time I did the programming. I won't do that again, but I doubt I'll pull the fuses if I need to reprogram either.

Yeah I don't think it's necessary. I just turned off anything that could be drawing from the battery and it worked fine.

I turned off radio...let OnStar expire awhile ago. No problems with the install after the updated program.
