Its a ZL1. You don't need any suspension mods.

Thank you! Don't get me wrong, I will get new wheels and tires anyway, I just don't want used set. I wanted to go with Vossen CV3 in Gunmetal finish later this year, not right now.

Yes, I would also recommend a good quality catch can for your LFX.

I suggest going with a set of Pfadt Sport sway bars, a VMAX Throttle body and an Elite Engineering catch can. These items will make a good difference in handling. performance and keep your engine running strong for years to come.

The sway bars will make a huge difference in body roll, how the car handles and responds to steering input.

The VMAX throttle body will give you about a 6-8 hp gain across the RPM range with very good improvement of your "tip in" throttle response.

The Catch can will catch the PCV oil vapors being sent back through your intake track to be burned. This oil vapor condenses in your intake manifold once it hits cooler air and makes a huge sticky mess of your intake manifold, intake runners valves, etc.. Catch cans are HIGHLY recommended for direct injection engines.

Feel free to call, PM or email me anytime with questions or for a package price that will keep you well below budget.

Best regards,

Tyler

Thank you! Where exactly all the "mess" collected in catch can? Will I have to clean it every once in a while?

It collects in the can and you can empty it out every oil change, but I would check it ever few thousand Mike's just in case. I have the elite cc and it's easy to check. You just unscrew the bottom half of the can.

The catch can catches it in the can and can be conveniently emptied each time you do your oil change.

Here are a few pics taken from early this year showing what is caught in the catch can. Keep in mind the color is due to condensation during the cold winter months. Without a catch can all of that gunk, fuel, oil, moisture, etc is going right back into your engine to be burned.

Just a friendly reminder to check and/or empty your catch can!

Emptied somebodies Elite Engineering catch can a while back. It was completely full, and quite disgusting.
This Camaro is a daily driver with about 60k miles, and the catch can was emptied at the last oil change.

If you don't have one yet, do your really want this crap to go through your intake manifold, heads, and combustion chambers?

(These pictures are not edited [other than size], doctored or faked. This slime is typical in cooler weather; a mixture of oil, fuel, water, and who knows what else! Warmer weather is similar, but less water [from condensation].)

[QUOTE=DarkneZZ;7164358]Hey, everybody. So I bought my car more than a year ago, but didn't want to start modding right away to not ruin that "new car" feeling.
Now when this feeling is gone I wanted to mod it a little so that it feels new again, if you know what I mean lol.
So I ordered the following:
1) CAI Cold Air Intake
2) MRT v2 Axle Back System
3) Will put gold-chrome stripe on the car
4) Will get goldish caliper covers with a personal engraved lettering
5) Oracle Afterburner Taillights SMD.

Check out Oracle Sidemarkers, particularly the ghost painted ones, and the heritage grille!
