One of the new P13W plasma bulb for fog light is acting weird - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

Hey Guys,

I just finished installing the new P13W plasma with the harness; I am sure the connections are correct and follow all instructions but the passenger side fog light is acting weird here is what is doing:

When I unlock the car with the remote control, both Fog plasmas turn on fine, then when I use the remote to start the engine only the driver side stays up, then I press unlock on the remote so that I can get into the car because the engine is running and then the passenger side goes out again, then finally when I turn the ignition off both turn on again.

Has this ever happened to you or do you know someone that has experienced this issue before?

Any idea what can be causing that particular light (passender fog) to go off and on?

That does sound weird, I don't have any issues like that. I just have one that keeps going in and out.Sorry

I have one that goes on and off too...not sure what to do since I've had them for a while now.

Hey guys Happy Holidays!

Charwen4RS: I found out that the problem was a broken terminal from one of the jumpers (Harness). That's an easy fix just go to your local Radio Shak and buy a replacement of these jumpers they are very cheap I hope that solves yours too as well
