Had a co-worker yesterday totally surprised when i told him my car was 9 years old. He told me he thought it was brand new.

That might be part of the Gen 6's problem. To us, it looks very different, but to the common non-car guy, they all look similar.

Baldman, Thanks for flipping my picture. New tablet for Christmas. Wouldn't have been a problem on my PC.

pyroguy,

Met some of the Blue Freedom ABM members at Camarofest a couple years ago. Good people, I just don't do Facebook. Thank you though.

My favorite photo and event. Camaro5fest in Valdosta Ga when all the 5th Generation
Camaros were 2010's. Caravaned down I-95 with the Mid-Atlantic group. Was anyone
else there almost 8 years ago? Many great memories with my SS and here on camaro5.

Right. I've also done Indy 1 and the assembly plant tour but Valdosta rocked.
Especially the Caravan down I-95 and the Valdosta cruise with hundreds of new
2010 Camaros reaching speeds of 100 mph a couple of times. All with the support
and ok from the Valdosta PD. It can never be duplicated imo.

I adopted mine 1 July 2009, first one sold by that dealer.
It is a 2LT, I refused to pay MSRP +$25,000 for a V8.
Car has 51,xxx miles with no issues. Only thing that has gone wrong was the window disagreement took place during a good rain. It is on it’s second set of tires, Nitto’s now and replaced the battery in August, I got my money out of the original battery.
Driving across country a few years back I got 32 mpg in 100% gas states while not paying close attention to the posted limit. In the Midwest it was down to 26 mpg in June with the AC on the entire time.

I got a new furnace this week and had to back out of the garage to make room and got stuck in the snow.

I ordered mine in June 2009. I only have 42,000 miles and spent a whole lotta money making her go fast. I've been driving it like I stole it from day one. That's the older brother parked next to her.
