I like the $/hp comparison. I can't think of anything that might beat it.

The same way you disable AFM, step on the gas!

It's competetive pricing for the car they are making and while I believe they are on the high end of the range that will allow them the volumes being talked about, but they are in the range.

Automatic transmission powertrains inherently have a bit more power loss which normally puts them behind on mpg's, and Chevy can play with gearing and a few other silly tricks like skipshift to keep the mpg numbers up. If you look at the Corvette and it's very similiar LS3 powertrain the manual is rated 1mpg higher than the auto. The 'vette doesn't have AFM for the auto though, and from what I've seen AFM is probably good for ~1 mpg on the EPA testing which should result in basically the same mpg's for either transmission.

Actually, I'm pretty sure there ARE audio controls on the steering wheel.

Don't buy it then. If that is a deal breaker for you, then I feel sorry for you.

Sorry, had to say it...

Anyone else notice in the article it said 10 colors available on both models. It would be nice but I think they need to do some fact checking.

My H3 was $38K and doesn't have them either.
That's almost as dumb as not offering Blue on the SS and HUD on the Camaro, but my Blazer died and I had to get a new vehicle ASAP and couldn't wait for them to add the feature to the H3.
