1LE Shocks/struts or These?

Does anyone know if these pedders components are equal to or upgrade to the 1LE shocks/struts?

I have a 2010 and am doing the rear conversion as well, but I can't find the rear top mount for the 1LE rear as it seems to be discontinued.

Are these pedders an upgrade in rebound/stiffness? I would be pairing with Hotchkis 1 inch springs.

I'm following along. I also have a 2010, and also have Hotchkis 1 inch lowering springs. From what I can see, pretty much all 1LE, Z28 parts are no longer available...
