Is there an AC Compressor TSB? 14 Camaro SS

I have a 2014 Camaro SS 1LE, I've had it for about 45,000 miles and it was purchased CPO at 18,000. The AC Compressor went bad on it at around 30,000 miles and it was replaced under warranty. The dealership-replaced compressor went bad for a 2nd time and my car is now out of warranty. They are telling me it is $1,000 to replace. Is there anything I can do other than escalating the case with General Motors?

The CPO adds one year and 12k to the original 3/36 bumper to bumper warranty, so if you car was placed into service after July 5, 2014, it is still under warranty as 4/48k. Otherwise, your best bet may be to talk to GM as you said.

I don’t think all dealer service departments really understand how the CPO warranty works so I wouldn’t trust what they tell you about being out of warranty.
