Just wanted to start a thread in here about my search for a 1le. I have posted in the classified section and have received numerous leads on those for sale. Thanks to everyone for their help btw. I may have secured what exactly I've been looking for but it may be a couple of weeks before and if it's all finalized. It is a members car from here. Trying to keep the details to a minimum as I don't want to lose this one.

I wanted to start this here as I don't want to keep reply to general discussions about what I may have found. Not that I don't appreciate the questions or anything like that. But at this point it just bumps other members threads down the list that are currently selling or looking for a car down the list.

Hopefully this works out and in the near future I'll post up pictures and all the info about the car. Thanks again guys.

Nice color choice, AGM is definitely my favorite 5th gen color. NPP? Recaros? I zoomed in but cant tell.

Thanks and yes on the NNP exhaust but no on the Recaros and no moonroof as well. I did not want one with a moonroof. The seats were kind of a whatever deal for me. Other than those 2 options it's loaded with everything else.

Yeah I sure do like these cars in silver or grey. Thanks and yes good looking cars no doubt. Hope it's as nice as I was told.

I haven't bought it yet. Still waiting for the title to be sent from California. I did pay to have the car shipped. It's sitting and waiting with my name on it. As long as nothing happened to it since the original owner owned it, it should be in mint condition with less than 6000 miles. So when i get the call I'll go get the funds and go see what awaits me. If anything seems questionable etc then I'll walk away and keep looking.

Like I mentioned before this is a members former car and was evidently pampered since day one. I have talked to him via phone and text and he is a super nice guy and even has a few things he kept that go with the car that he's willing to send me when I take ownership. Needless to say he is very upset about getting rid of the car. He doesn't want to know how much I'm paying for it and absolutely no pictures of it sent to his phone whatever. He does hope it goes to a good home which I assured him it would.

I'm going tommorow to see the car for the first time. If all is good then I suspect I'll have her home tomorrow night.
