I use this too, and apply with a small plastic bristle scrub brush. This way im not removing any of the product, just spreading it around.

Just did this today with Armorall Extreme Tire Shine. Just what was in my arsenal. Copyright on the bottle is from 2012 so, no clue how long I’ve had it. I agree that sprayed on a sponge or towel and then applied, seems to work best.

Checkout Croftgate products. Nice wheel and tire cleaner with a nice satin shine, not sticky and slingy. Great paint products too.
