2-Z28 Front Struts -1" and 2-Rear Shocks -1/2" Sold

I have 2 front struts and two rear shocks. These were part of the GM original development program in 2014 for the Z-28 and are lowered 1 inch in front and 1/2" in back compared to stock, other than that they valving etc. is the same as stock.

Fronts:

The fronts have had the mount where they mount to the knuckle lowered -1".
The fronts have a hole in the bottom, and a hose to relieve pressure inside the inverse tube for better suspension compliance.

Rears:

The rears have had the lower spring mount machined for -1/2".
It also allows the rear suspension to not hit the shock bump stops and maintain rear geometry.

The reason the rear lowering is less to rake the car slightly for road course use (less oversteer). You can see pics of the car at www.msportsracing.com. You cannot see the rake.

They have approximately 1200 miles on them. No rain or salt. Looking for $850. Pic has another loose rear shock, not included (just sold separate). Freight/packing not included.

Would you sell just the single un used rear shock? I have a leaking damper on one of my rear shocks on my 2014 z/28?

This is interesting. Any concerns with the slight lowering and the travel / valving of the dampers?

What did you do for camber with this setup?

Unrelated curiosity question -
What suspension did you move on to with your SCCA T2 setup?

no problems with lowering, it took the oversteer problems away. Valving is great with these dampers. We ran per T2 Rules max front camber 2.5 and rear 1.2 or so. Per track we ran Z-28 or 1LE bars.

I’m interested but I can’t find any info out there on the reliability/effectiveness on what you did to lower the shocks/struts
