Was Carbon Flash a normal color then?

It also had the flat bottom steering wheel, Carbon Flash Metallic (from the 45th anniversary edition) painted dash and door panels, painted 1LE chin spoiler, painted ZL1 rear spoiler, distinctive fender badges.

Similar in concept to the 2024 CE package then, it seems.

And the multiple anniversary packages (including the one I own) and the Hot Wheels models and the Pace Car models and, and, and…

Except for the Shinola watch. That is a nice touch.

Still just a bunch of parts bin stuff other than the red interior and the decals.

I already own that style watch in white and it's really a nice piece. Look forward to another one in black

It's the least they can do for a $15K package.

At the end of the day, all of this adds up to the old adage…”It’s worth exactly what the buyer is willing to pay for it”. Same as all the discussion on Mustang DarkHorse. Those who say “It’s over-priced for what they put into it” are correct from their point of view. Those who buy it are correct from their point of view. When I bought my Fifty, the extra ($1,750?) was well worth it to have a visually different collectible car. If I was willing to part with it and buy a CE I’d probably buy an SS and not try to get one of the 350 ZL1 models. With all the carbon fiber and alcantera accents and upgrades, plus the collectibility aspect I would probably find it worth the extra $5,995. Others probably not so much. We would all be right.

I was wondering the same thing. We know about 25% have been built already for sure as we have VIN's. I wonder how many have actually been built so far? I know that at least one that has been allocated and has not been built yet so they definitely have not finished the production run.

Yes, but desirable bin parts (one need only read through the threads on this forum) packaged at a reasonable MSRP of $2K that's not available on the regular SS.

Agreed, as I find $5K for the package on the LT more palpable and would've purchased it had the 2.0T been offered. It would've paired nicely with my SS Commemorative Edition.

So what does everyone think was the most distinct 6th gen special edition? Fifty, Hot Wheels, Or Panther? I think the Panther has a slight edge for the unique paint. I think the Hot Wheels looks the part. I know people balked at HW branded car, but the two go back to the FIRST Hot Wheels, which was a Camaro.

I'm confused why the Panther didn't get embossed headrests like the Fifty.
