Was great to see everyone yesterday and spend some time together. Yes thanks to Chad for bringing the large tent we could all homestead under. I have decided Im going to put fins (retro 57 look) on the rear of my camaro so people will think it is old. Maybe then I'll get a few more votes LOL.

The good news is IDOT approved my personalized plates Ill pick those up on Monday.

Hey Ken, They haven't said anything about break in period. I'll ask Ted or Kris. They sure let it rip on the dyno ! I will drive for a while before I take to the track. But I'm not waiting too long.

Prepping the Camaro for C5fest. Just done washing and detailing the Camaro with Adam's products. Since I don't have swirls, stars or spiderwebs (yet) just did it all by hand. My black car is shining good.

Also for the first time used a air drying blower. That works great on all the body joints, emblems, and grill area. But the real winner on using the blower is the rims! -major easy.

When I took my Camaro to Livernois, I had about 1500 miles on it. They also I'm sure did some mega revs to set the cam. They also did dyno tuning.

I pretty much drove it as usual, and as I felt comfortable with what the car had in gained power, played alittle harder with it......almost the next day! LOL

Sorry, yes I did, and it was a tough go for this old man. LOL. Its real racing, they give group rates. 20 first run the 10 for each additional run. Gives the arms a real work out. They shortened the course due to heat and Karts breaking down. Still a fun thing to do. They record lap time and we set up some heats that way. Brought sandwhiches and drinks and just had them in the parking lot. It is 61Kartway. I have a video, not sure if I can figure how to post here Ill try tonight.
