Talking Pedders drop springs and street 1 kit installed , first impression

So I got my Pedders drop springs and Pedders street 1 kit installed yesterday and first thought was Awesome! The car feels more aggressive and tighter. The response is night and day compared to stock. Something that started to worry me was the squeaky and clunking noise. As I was driving in the parking lot and noticed a lot of noise coming from the suspension. It was a clanking/squeking sound as I was driving slow ...but when I got the car on the highway the noise went away.
The car drives amazing now and is very responsive. But the clanking sound as I'm driving is a little annoying. I spoke with Johnny (my installer from D Revolution motorsports) and tolled him my concern. He explained to me that with the heavy greasing on the new bushings could cause the squeaking. I will drive it around the rest of the week and crept him posted. ...I will post some pics when I get home

Getting ready to install a lot of suspension stuff. Curious about the clunks. I would think heavy grease would equal no squeaking, but I am no expert. I will assume someone will be along soon to sort this out.

Something is not tight or not seated properly if its making noises. Check and recheck your bolts.

Alignment done yet? Time the bushes?

Pedders is amazing stuff! Welcome to the Pedders Nation!
If I had to guess (purely speculation) I would say the bushings need to be timed. It is an easy fix. It is also a good time to double check the torque on all of the bolts.
I would guess that Pete will chime in tomorrow morning with his expertise and get you fixed up post haste. You can always PM him or ask your installer to call him in the morning.
He is the type of guy that will not rest until your car is perfect!

Hmm, I would be interested in what the answer is to this as well. I did a similar upgrade (Pfadt lowering springs/sways/endlinks) and mine also makes the pop noise under low speed. Once I'm actually moving at anything over 15mph it goes away.

I took mine to a suspension shop and had the alignment done, and all the components checked and found no issue. Its just annoying.

Welcome to the wonderful world of pedders. Something doesn't sound right. I'd ask your installer to double check the work it is possible he left something loose. The bushing squeak could come from untimed bushings. Did he time the bushings. The resistance from them could cause this squeaking
