Question Why no V-6 performance package?

I'd like to see the SS brembo's, FE4 suspension and hurst shifter offered as a performance package on the V-6. Not sure why it hasn't been offered already. I think it would sell pretty well. Maybe add a strut tower brace too? Your thoughts?

I assume you are making another reference to the Mustang.

In any case, it's nothing that you couldn't do yourself for less money.

I'd like to see the reverse. A V8 with V6 appearance, brakes, and suspension.

the v6 already cost mid to high 20k, some even at around 30-31k for the 2lt/RS. if you want to add all that, it's going to cost around the 1ss, so you might as well get that.

If you are worried about gas or insurance, then you probably shouldn't be worried about performance as much.

V6 needs to step up. Mustang is currently owning us :/. Also I hear they might be getting performance packages.

Typical v8 responses, some of us would like a SS but can't afford it! I would appreciate some upgrades to mine.

When I first met fbodfather in person I asked him the same thing. He said the bankruptcy killed any plans for a V6 performance package. When I asked him if they would ever have one in the future, I got the same sort of response as to whether or not there should be a 1LE option. So who knows what will happen.

All in fun man. I agree there is more to be had from the v6, it's a he'll of a car I had one (2010).

A better less restrictive tune would be a good start. Better heat disapation (spacer) for that aluminum intake manifold (that thing is rediculously hot).
