Has anyone wrapped their side mirrors black? - Page 2

I've been wanting to do mine and the spoiler, have any of you that have done it found a wrap similar to the carbon flash? What are you all using? Thx

Looks great! My mirrors and wing is at the dealership getting painted later this week. What concerns me is that I was told that the black on out splitter, rocker panels, rear diffuser, (and my hood insert since I didn't go with the carbon) was actually "meet kettle black metallic". I also confirmed this color through a friend who works at GM plant in the paint shop who said the same thing. How did you come up with mosaic black? I just want to make sure that I get the right black to match everything.

Black meet kettle metallic was the name at some point for Mosaic Black. The paint code is WA384A.

My source (paint shop manager at GM plant) is saying that is two different things...

1) Mosaic Black is the dealer name for that black.

2) Different plants use different paint systems and sometimes have different names, but the composites that make up the color are the same (PPG vs BASF, vs Exalta...)

im using real carbon from carbon composites to wrap my wing, if it comes out nice ill end up doing the front and rear valance and maybe the mirrors, dont want to over do it on cf

Is this the paint code for the rockers and splitter on all 2018 ZL1 cars?

It is as wide as the rear window and matches the window lines. The spoiler is not a wrap, I had it painted to match the side skirts.
