Anyways, congrats on the car and I'd say either turbo or Pro-Charger. I'm not much of a supercharger type guy, but a lot of people on here run the supercharger. Good luck and keep us posted!
Thanks , that's West Chevy in Woodbury , CT . I'm in RI

The chasis dyno gave 525HP, and 492 Torque.
That was an extra 150HP over stock!!!
I'm really happy with those numbers for $10,995.
With WARRANTY!!!!
LPE Rules!!

Stratman, 525 RWHP is 630 ish at the crank...

I have the 570 LPE and it is awesome! Worth every penny!

My vote would be the TVS2300 Magnacharger. Makes good power and is proven technology that is reliable. Lots of recommendations for this S/C from the top Tuners. This is probably the most widely used power adder to date on the 2010 Camaro's.

"The biggest difference between the 1900 and 2300 is blower size.
We have found through our testing here at MTI Racing that the 1900 at 7-8 psi is best
for MOST applications because it requires less engine power to turn the supercharger.
This allows for more horsepower to be applied with less engine strain.
Creating more power at lower rpms, where it is safer and where most cars live while being driven.
The 2300 is a good kit for a built up motor looking to make over 850 hp.
So if you are looking to supercharge your relatively stock 6.2L the 1900 is your best application.
Thanks for your posts everyone. www.mtiracing.com"

If I had a whole bunch of TVS1900's to sell, I might try saying something like that. If you see it "said" on the internet, it has to be true.

It takes a 2.9" pulley on my TVS2300 to make a "miserly" 672 hp at 8.5psi. That's a pretty small pulley and that's a long way from 850hp. I don't even think they make a drive pulley small enough for a TVS1900 to feed my LS3 at those same power levels. You'd have to overdrive the rear pulley set up and spin the snot out of the 1900 to even come close. I'd have to politely say that MTI's stance on the 1900 vs the 2300 is bunk. There's a pretty good reason the folks that make the Magnuson TVS blowers recommend the 2300 on LS3's. It fits and performs pretty darn well. I bet if you measured the power it took to turn a 2300 or 1900 at mild or no boost, the difference wouldn't be significant. As air flow requirements and power levels go up, the 1900's need not apply for the job.

There are already so many great systems out their for the Camaro. The toughest part is choosing which one you want... So many choices. Whatever you choose, your rear tires will never be the same...

I would agree with you except that the 650 packages from HPE and LPE also include ported cylinder heads, ported throttle body, zr1 camshaft, upgraded fuel pump, forged internals, 160 thermostat, supercharger and 3yr/ 36,000 mile warranty for 20k....now if you just want the s/c and pipes it is 8k for that from both

When I was researching, only LPE was offering the forged internals with the 650 package, the HPE 650 package did not. I don't know if they have changed this now or not.

Kenne Bell is looking really good... I would take a look at them first and then compare that kit to the others. I've got Kenne Bell in my Mustang and it pulls like a mother. I expect no less for the Camaro kit.

I personally think it depends on how you drive it. I for instance have 650 rwhp at 6.5 psi. I gun my car short shift at 5900rpm or so and it feels incredible. I do this to try and not strain the engine so much. So really I am at about 6psi when I shift. Have I taken it to 6500? Not yet. Will I? Yes on occasion but very seldom...... I don't feel like rebuilding my motor anytime soon.

Now one who runs to 6500rpm barking tires every gear switch is gonna pop something sooner than later. Count on that!

I personally think 600 to 650rwhp is all the stock internals can handle. Please chime in anyone who thinks otherwise.

I am no expert by any means but this is my thinking on your question.
