Are the sway bars for v6 or will they fit a v8 also?

They will fit a V8 also, but Eibach sells a V8 specific kit that has a larger diameter rear sway bar.

Will the rear sway bar fit a V6 without upgrading to Brembos?
I'm interested in the bars if they are a simple bolt on. (I know i'll need to replace the rear sway bar links)

Yes, they will fit regardless of caliper type. Eibach website shows that this kit is compatible for 2010-2012 model year so i'm not sure what is required to make it work on your 2014?
