Door Rattle Service Call
I just wanted to let everyone know that the service call for the hellish door rattle is available through GM. I have the Bose stereo and the door panels rattle like a MF when the volume is only 1/4 to 1/2 turned up. It really is the only complaint I have had on the car and now hopefully when I take it in next week it will resolve the issue. I will update next week on the outcome.

No they didn't give it to me but confirmed there is a service. Just call and tell them you know for sure there is a call on it

I'd definitely like that service #. Have my car going in for that fan module recall and I'd love to make all this a one stop fix.

I would be happier to know the fix. Had mine off twice and one door still does it. Prefer the dealer NEVER touches my car.

Don't have the door rattles yet and don't have Bose audio (1ss).
Will keep a lookout for it. |

sorry I wasn't able to make it to the shop today as I had planned to get this fixed. I am going to go in next week but will certainly update when I get more info. There is another thread on this forum somewhere were the guy explains what GM is doing for the fix. If I remember correctly it involves adding tape to areas inside the door. It may honestly be worth it to just sound deaden the door and if this doesn't fix the issue that's what I will be doing. This is my ONLY complaint on the car and its drives me nuts!
