How to redeem $1000 in accessories from GM?

I got a letter starting I get $1000 in accessories because my dealership put in a customer service request. It says to take the letter to the dealership to redeem. I am wondering if there is any way to redeem this online and just have what I want shipped to my house. I asked this through the Chevy website but haven't gotten a response. Anybody know if I can do this?

I don't know about the online idea, but I went to my dealer and gave him a list of the accessories I wanted and they had them the following day for pickup. That is my kind of service by my dealer!

Probably get a quicker response from Becky or Maureen @ Rogers Chevrolet.

I got this because I had a TPW of 4/15 and finally got my car last week.

Hello Eric,

Congratulations on getting the $1000 in accessories letter, pretty cool!

To redeem, you will have to do so at the dealership and maybe have them order something from elsewhere because GM does not have an online store for accessories.

Thanks Reggie. I get responses quicker here than emailing Chevy direct. They should work on that.
