Clear Bra Installer N Jersey/Rockland NY?
I am need of some advise about a clear bra for a 1LE I will be getting soon.
What brand is best? 3M, Xpel? Any installers you guys can recommend? Worth the bother to get one? Thanks in advance. |

Definitely worth getting if the car is brand new before anything happens. That'd be my first stop. Detailers Domain in Norwood, NJ can get you taken care of. They do a bunch.

To me, the installation is more important than the particular film brand.
I recommend Nelson at Clear Image, if you can get him. He did my last two cars including my ZL1. Not cheap, but if you want quality, this is the way to go. http://www.clearimagewindowfilms.com/ |

I don't think Phil (detailers Domain) does the bras any more. I live close to him and last time I was there he was too busy with his mail order and detail business.

I can say I've seen a car getting done recently there. Also follow those guys on Instagram and see them doing their fair share. I'd call to confirm but I saw they just wrapped up an RS5 clear bra install.

DD stopped film installation for a while.
But as of last summer, he had a crew to do it. |

See Greg here. He does amazing work. While I was getting my car Opticoated he had a S4 and a BRZ he was doing full clear bra's on. He was done with the BRZ and you couldnt tell there was anything on the car. A bit of a drive from Rockland, but worth it. Nick |

I'm going to call Nelson, Greg and Phil and see what each has to say.
Thanks for the advice. |
