That's the Razzi ground effects kit.

What else is not stock on this camaro? Besides the rims and the Razzi effects kit. And where do they paint the rear with black paint like that?

Yes that's thespymaster's ride...its undergone a lot of change since then but if you PM him he can give you exactly what was modified on it.

Although just from looking at it appears to be the Razzi V8 body kit with Gary's customs fenders, painted taillight bezels and taillights, custom paint around rear panel, stripes down side, custom wheels of course, and tinted side marker lights for starters.

this car dosent need any of that ground effect junk ,looks great just the way it comes from the factory .Looks like a rice burner car with all that stuff on it.
