Fuel & Storage Question
I am storing in a heated garage this winter for 6 months. I regularly use Top Tier 93 octane 10% ethanol fuel. However, I gather that non-ethanol is better and more stable for long term storage.
The manual says 91 fuel is required, 93 recommended for top performance. My question is: if I use 91 non-ethanol plus fuel stabilizer, which, from what I've read, lowers octane (Seafoam or Stabil), will I have any troubles starting in the spring? Thanks |

Mine is already stored away for the seventh time with non ethanol gas and stabil. Every spring it starts up like it did the first day I had her. I store it for six to seven months and all is good.
