zl1 bumper

will we be able to fit the zl1 front bumper on a regular ss and if so who would change from old to new

No you won't, it has been mentioned that they aren't compatible.

I don't see why not. I believe the hood and fender lines are the same as on ours. If not, then new fendres and hood should make it possible.

I'm pretty sure the hood lines and fascia lines are not the same

Yeah, I doubt that the fenders are different, but you'd have to at least swap the front fascia and the hood for it to match.

I heard them say it does not match but I would like to see specifications. I would suspect if you replace the front facia you could replace the hood.

When it shows up at another event someone needs to take measurements

If all camaros get the new steering wheel I may adapt it too. looks like you can see the tach better with it.
