Dip, easier to remove and more color options.

Never tried full-body dip, but my car is finishing up being liquid wrapped today. I expect it to look great and the finish is advertised to last 3-5 years with proper maintenance and care.

3 years on, alas the palstidip is starting to show its age, and the Anvil always did have "waves" to my picky eyes, when looking at it at an angle(which is why I shied away from black gloss to begin with). I'm figuring that the thicker wrap will cover ALL waves and imperfections, but installing the wrap might be a PITA I fear. I'm still going to do it. If we can go to the moon, I'll wrap that spoiler! |

3m vinyl in satin ocean shimmer. I imagine wrap is more expensive to do but not as involved as prepping for dip

Not obvious from the outside, but you can clearly see the line of different color when you open the door. Hood and trunk aren't as noticeable though. I'd go got it!
