How do I turn the foglamps on?

Ya, but remember the first time you came on in and looked around. I "lurked" forever - didn't want to be the one who asked the question that just got answered on another thread - but it's alright.

I was excited back then and everybody here helped me out with stuff I didn't know.

Now, I feel I have some valuable information that I can share with the new folk.

Ya, it's redundent, but it's all good (except for the trolls, and the pissing matches).. If someone learns something new about their car here, we have accomplished something for the day.. And I feel that I contributed. Lori

Go to more meets, that's FUN!

Pass out $100 bills at the meets, that's FUN for those attending!

Try taking back your own site and don't let all the NEWBZ run it with repeated questions make them use the search button!!

Like others have said, go away for a while and come back, see what's changed.

I lurked on this forum for more than a year before I joined. That was back in the day before the 2010 even launched. It was exciting back then. Someone that was respected as an "insider" would grace us with some little tid bit of info and the boards would erupt with speculation and conjecture. Now that the car has been out for over a year and very little has changed from 2010 to 2011, it gets dry. Most of the really cool mods have be done over and over. All the questions about headers, air intake, cams, FI... have been asked and answered. Back in the day before the Camaro launch, this was THE PLACE to be for info. If it broke, it would be here first or within minuites!

Use the search function to find what you're intrested in and ignore all the "noise".

New people need their questions answered just like we did awhile ago...

There are mod specific forums that should please the ones who have been around....Gen discussion boards are always going to have generic "newbie" questions, and we would be lying if we did not take part in those at one time or another. I will admit it seems the involvement lessens after you purchase the vehicle because those questions about satisfaction are gone for the most part as you live it yourself.....but I always stick around to see the really REALLY cool modifications that come out every month for this car. Whether it be simple lighting or something more complex....
