I agree with the other posts, most likely its boost bleed-by. But you might need the car re-tuned if the bleed-by valve isn't the issue.

Perhaps dealer replaced stock tune.

I had the same issue a couple weeks ago. I found a vacuum leak, and not enough antifreeze in the system causing the car to run very hot. After fixing the problems, 11.8s in the heat.

as Dave said...the intercooler circuit was not properly purged of air is another possibility

When i had mine replaced, it was also low on fluid. They also did not put all of the rods back to hold the engine cover on.

Is it possible you are comparing it to a really good run in good air but your latest runs were with bad air?

Temp was @ 90 when i ran 13.14 13.06 13.1 Stock tune with Janetty 75RWHP KIT-Rotofab CAI and 10% lower pulley. Have not been back to see if adjusting the Bypass has made any difference. Dyno showed 564 rwhp and 10.48 lbs of boost I may take it.back to the shop and have it dyno'd again
