I use a paint stirring stick wrapped loosely with a microfiber towel. Only thing I could find that would fit.

I use that deal by Invisible Shield. It has a flat triangular form that has various pads and cloths that fit on it. I've found that it will slide behind the third brake light but I can clean all my glass with it, will little effort and without contorting myself to do so.
Prior to using this kit, I was using a thin flexible plastic blade wrapped in a cloth to do the job.

Ugh...I HATE cleaning the inside of windows. They always look worse after I do anything to them.

I use the invisible glass "reach and clean" wand. You can even attach a longer painters pole to the bottom of it You can literally clean the inside of your back window standing outside your Camaro!
