How do I tell the date of my Camaro build?

look in your engine bay,down on the left hand side is a sticker that shows day ,date, and time-military time. i.e. 1 p.m.=1300 hrs. this sticker is on the frame rail

That is when the front suspension module was made. Although the plant manger at Martinrea told us there is usually about four hours between the completion of the susp. modules and it's installation in the car on the line in Oshawa. My susp sticker is dated the day before the day my car was built. Susp. was made late in the day the car early the next morning. A lot of times that sticker could be the right date for your "born" date but it won't always be.

Any dealer can use GMVIS and pull up the build info from the VIN if in doubt.

i didn't know that little fact thanks. mine shows 1311 it was a monday will try and nail this down!!

MINE WAS BUILT ON 02 / 29 2010 , AND BY CHANCE IN 40 YEARS SHE WILL BE ONLY 10 , WHAT A COUNTRY [CANADA ] THERE IS !!!
