Shifting problems 1rst to 4th
hey guys I have a 2011 2ss rs manual transmition when I am driving from the speeds 15-19mph the computer of the car locks out 2nd gear and wants me to go into 4th gear as a "fuel saver" is there any fix to this please let me know. Thanks

U can buy a skip shift eliminator or just go over that speed and go to second. I still have mine skip shift engage and I have no issues with it

Buy a skip shift eliminator,Many Corvettes and Camaro's have had this installed....

If you run 1st gear out longer to like 3,000RPM the skip shift won't kick in. I've just taught myself to run 1st gear out and the skip shift doesn't engage. I actually purchased a skip shift eliminator but never even put it in.

Skip shift eliminator is worth every penny. 2 minutes to install it in your driveway.
