These are the cans I used for all my painting projects for my Camaro.

I let each coat dry for approx. 30 minutes before the next coat was applied.

Just did mine

I used Rusto flat black this past weekend. Same went on my exhaust outlets. Next are the bowties and ss emblems.

Looks: powder coated iom calipers, LED foglights w/ always on harness, custom painted bowties, window tint, smoke tinted tail lights etc, oem gfx w/ custom outlets, painted taillight bezels, all weather trunk mat

Do u really have to sand it? Im gonna be using the adhesion promotor so do i really hqve to sand it or can i just clean it really good and throw a couple of coats of adhesion other than sanding it?

I did not sand mine. I just washed with soap and water, dried, then wiped clean again with rubbing alcohol.

Anybody having any problems with the paint coming off at all? Im wanting to do mine, debating on just doing them myself or buying them(trying to avoid the exspense).

Think Im going to try the Adhesion promotor with the flat black, going to do bowtie and camaro emblem too, anyone got pics of that finished?

No problem with my paint what so ever.

Finished bowties? I used vinyl carbon fiber.

Just a idea as an alternative to painting. The 45th Anniversery edition bezels are a really nice gunmetal/burnt metal color. The fog/driving light surrounds are matching. I'm going to order a set this week.
