Return Style Fuel Line Length

How much fuel line do I need to buy for a return style system? For now using stock rails. Using stock feed line as the return.

Will all depend on how and where you run your line. I ran mine through the frame rail on the passenger side, but I bought the SQUASH dual fuel pump kit that had all the fittings, lines, and etc.

So basically 15ft would be enough for the feed line?

If you're running from the fuel tank and up to the motor, you need more than 15 feet....unless you are running it straight up the trans tunnel and into the fuel rail.

I used about 23 feet for my AGP twin pump setup, utilizing the passenger side frame rail, with the line exiting the frame rail about 4 inches behind the radiator (between the radiator and A/C compressor) going up to a regulator mounted near the ABS module.
