I have a 2011 2SS, I am looking to add a supercharger, headers, ZLI fuel pump. I would like 700hp, but would be happy with 600. What would be your recommendation for the supercharger, and build. How much should I expect to spend installed for 600-700hp? Thanks!

Just back from vacation sorry for the delay in response.

I believe the problem is in the injector data.

Switch to ID-850s, plug in the data, retune the MAF to achieve commanded AFR at all Throttle positions, rpms, and all your problems will go away.

At 100,000 miles you will change the gear oil in the case.

Yes anything you do to change from the tuned combination will require custom tuning again.

You would have to follow the diagnostic trouble tree for the codes you have.

You should also discuss this with your tuner.

Typcially stabiltrak is triggered by misfire, Plug wires or spark plug issues.

100k mi on the blower right ted? I think the blower has about 8k mi on it now
