Will it be possible to reach 600whp on a automatic with the following mods

Rotofab Intake
VMAX TB
10% harmonic balancer
2.55 upper pulley
85lb injectors
AFCO HX ?

No, a 10% lower isn't enough. Up the lower diameter to a 9.55" and swap the cam and that will make 600rwhp on 93 octane.

I got 560rwhp on a mainline dyno (which reads low numbers compared to other dynos) with the following mods-
Intake
2.55 pulley
straight pipes
63Pd/hr injectors
Afco Hx
160 Thermostat
Tune

So with ur 10% lower pulley , you will def be around 600ish, wanna add headers then it will get better ...

Here are the mods I went with to hit 630whp. It's the ADM 750HP package. On the auto it takes a little bit more to hit over 600whp vs the Manual cars. Go with a more aggressive CAM and you'll see 650whp.

Stainless Power Headers w/ stock NPP
Magnaflow Resolnated X-Pipe (I live in an APT and without it, it was sooo loud)
Roto-Fab CAI w/ Big Gulp & Washer BTL Relo
ADM 10 Bolt SC Pulley Hub
ADM 2.55 8 RIB 10 Bolt Pulley
Lingenfelter 9.17 Lower Pulley

LS9 CAM
ADM 3 BOLT CAM Conversion Kit
ADM Heat Exchanger w/Reservoir
ADM Ported Inlet
ADM Ported 90MM TB
85lb Fuel Injectors
NGK Iridium Spark Plugs
160 Degree Thermostat
ADM Custom Dyno Tune
