I did on my 6.2 and it really upped the noise level at full throttle. Not sure of any power gains as I did a dynosteve tune at the same time.

All intakes will net you induction noise (because you're removing the air box and intake tube silencer) and some horsepower. Think a net of 10-15whp normally. Enough to feel. If you throw an intake on, get an air scoop also. No sense in not.
