I know this is Camaro5 and not Duramax5, but I also know there are truck guys here and guys that tow their beloved Camaros to the track. SO I thought I'd show the HD trucks some love.

Just got this one. Straight off of the truck.

Tough truck! I hear they are putting out 397hp - 765 ft/lbs with the new Duramax diesel. Not to shabby.

That looks pretty tough. I would never be able to park it in anything other than an empty lot.

Ha ha. Here's my old daily driver, back when I had to have a dually. I didn't have my airbags on the back yet, so I just had shackles and it had a lot of rake. I finally got the rear down after this pic. So no poking fun.

Truck dyno'd 721RWHP on the dope.

I don't know why GM doesn't put a ceramic coating on that exhaust tip.. the rust looks terrible

Nice! I just don't like the wheels, I would have to get the premium option for sure.

It's heat discoloration from the welding process. Ceramic just costs more money. You know how that goes.

A common practice is to shoot the rear section in black high temp paint.

Just order down here. Then you can pick it up when you come down for the fest. Seeing as all the guys in your Slowhawk Build Thread are ribbing you to come down. Kill two birds with one stone.

I'll have the hitch and trailer wiring done when you get here. Ha ha

Thanks for the offer. My dealer wouldn't be to pleased. Plus there's a gooseneck hitch and a bunch of other stuff I need to do to do.

I was referring to putting your hitch in

Any brand you choose.

But, I completely understand having a great relationship with your dealership. I was just ribbing you a bit.

^^^ That is the least amount of torque out of the big three.

Cummins 850tq
Powerstroke 800tq
F450 Powerstroke 875tq

Sure it will feel strong unloaded but diesel owners don't buy them to run around unloaded.

Those new Chevys are very nice. My DD f250 crew cab is sporting 207k miles, might be time for an upgrade. I did decide my next truck would be white as all.

Very nice!!
