Convertible Gauge Pillar

Has anyone been able to find a gauge pillar for a convertible. I have been looking and all of them say non convertible models.

if not any ideas would be appreciated as I need to do a (afr,Boost,Fuel Pressure) gauge in my convertible.

No one makes one. I fabricate them, and have one in line now for a customer. I am not particularly quick at getting them done, as it's kind of a side thing, so I'm not trying to sell you one, just stating why I know that there isn't one available. There is only room for two gauges on a convertible pillar, because of additional attachment points as opposed to a coupe.

what would be my options then all I can find is a steering wheel column mounted one and the twin ADM digital gauges. any other ideas out there. I am not fond of mounting one on the column and wish the look of the ADM set was a lil more up to par.

One fits in the left A/C vent with a plate, but that is just one. That is currently where my wideband is, I use the torque pro app through my OBD port to show boost and IATs. I believe you can see the wideband in the A/C vent in this pic.

I mounted the Diablosport Trinity in the windshield and used that as my gauges. Now I have a Haltech, and if you can mount a Windows based tablet, you can run the cable to the tablet, pick whatever gauges you want to display, and also make tuning adjustments too.

where did you get the pillar pod from . I cant find one anywhere that will be compatible. also read somewhere the reason they don't make one is because of an airbag in the pillar, I could do a 2 gauge and do the gauge in the vent like you did,

The one in the pic is the one that I mentioned that I fabricate. That is a pic of a test fit prior to me shipping it back to him. I haven't built the one for my car yet, as I have another one coming for a customer. There IS NOT an airbag in the convertible pillar.

Does someone make the vent plate to purchase or did you fabricate that yourself?

Thanks

You have to get one that's fabricated. I tried looking for one a while back and found nothing.

Hi, my company just launched gauge pods that fit in the speaker grill cover for models with Boston Acoustic Premium sound system. We have both 2 and 3 gauge options in different color combinations. Check them out on www.BaronConcepts.com

Our Facebook.com/baronconcepts also has some more photos of them installed

Do you have any plans to design a pod like this with two gauges and a tach? I would be interested in something like that. Or, even just with a tach?

Thanks
