Bye Bye pits & rock chips! I've read many horror stories... But they did a wonderful job replacing my HUD windshield, & State Farm authorized OEM replacement over the phone without any questions. (-$50 deductible... Be sure to request "Dealer Glass" if you want an OEM HUD windshield replacement w/GM mark.) Due to weather, I opted to take my SS to Safelite's office for install. They were very professional! The installer could see I was nervous, so he walked me back to his spotless install bay, where my car was protected & bundled up like it was about to have major surgery. He let me verify the glass was identical to what I had, genuine "GM-Pilkington" HUD glass w/remote start. I was out of there in less than 2hrs, which included time needed for new seal to cure. The projection display is so much sharper now, feels like I'm driving a brand new car!

Bought my first catch-can yesterday!
I think it is a big deal since I am not a firm believer in them. But with enough of these reviews and hype I figured I'd give it a shot. Granted, I didn't buy the Elite top end catch-can I bought the Phastek in house branded catch-can, ~$100. So, we will see what all this hype is about in a couple days! |

Moved it out of the stall in my shop so the neighbor didn't have to lay in his dirt driveway and change the oil.
Then put it back away.

Patted her rump and said I was sorry because I have been working on this getting ready to deliver it to my brother in Georgia. It has been a lot of work.
